Dextrin adhesives are starch-based glues primarily used in the graphic arts/label industry. 

 

Dextrins are usually applied by “laminating” with either semi-automatic roll coaters or high-speed laminating equipment. 

 

Dextrin adhesives are a more economical adhesive than traditional PVA’s or liquid water-based adhesives.
